In Jakarta, the Regional Department for Asia and the Pacific (RDAP)is currently meeting for the 37th time, with 17 countries represented. Hosted in Indonesia, it is poised to be a good time for attending delegates. Indonesia is a great host. Still, it is overshadowed by manipulation by a UN Tourism Secretary General who has no boundaries or shame regarding fairness, honesty, and decency.
